At the Southern Academy of Sport, our adult coaching program is built on three pillars that bridge the gap between effort and results:

  1. The Correct Program: We move you away from generic routines and random workouts. Replicating our work with high performance athletes, every member receives a bespoke training plan designed for their specific goals, biomechanics, injury and training history.

  2. Technical Execution: A program is only as good as its execution. Whether in-person or via the interactive capabilities of our training app, our specialist coaches ensure your movement is performed safely and effectively.

  3. Accountability & Motivation: Results happen through consistency. We provide the accountability and community support needed to keep you disciplined and on track toward your goals.

Our coach-led membership model brings these three pillars to you, regardless of your location. Both pathways offer the same high performance oversight for £69 per month, with no contract.

If you follow your training program to the frequency and intensity mapped out at your initial consultation, and don’t see an objective improvement in your agreed performance parameters - whether these are body composition or physical performance measures - after three months, we will refund your first 90 days in full.

From our adherence challenges and monthly performance  competitions, to forming teams for events like the National Three Peaks and coastal races, we provide the community support to enjoy training alongside like-minded people. for those who want to perform, look, and feel better.

All members also receive access to our Athlete Education Portal, providing education and coaching in the four foundations of health and performance: movement, nutrition, mindset, and recovery.
