Going to the gym alone doesn't guarantee results. In fact, for a young athlete, unsupervised gym work can be a waste of time at best, and dangerous at worst.

Our summer program is led by expert Strength and Conditioning coaches who will:

  • Coach all sessions to ensure safe and effective training.
  • Design individualised training programmes appropriate for your age, sport, position, injury background, and training history.
  • Ensure all athletes leave not only closer to their performance goals, but with a reduced risk of injury.
  • Ensure all athletes leave with a better understanding of how to use the gym safely to get results.

Based in our gym facility in Chippenham, Wiltshire, our Summer Youth Athlete Development program helps teenagers perform better, reduce their risk of injury, and lead healthier lives. 

Our coaching is the perfect complement to young athlete’s sports training – allowing them to fulfil their potential on the field of play – whilst also engaging children not so keen on organised sport.

Our summer program is £12 per week, with no contract, and includes: 

  • Individualised gym and speed programs, which take into account each individual’s goals and starting points such as biomechanical differences, physical maturity and injuries. This ensures safe and maximal progress
  • Unlimited, coached training sessions in our facility – coaching being key to ensuring safe and effective strength training. The timetable for this is flexible and each day from 1500, plus Saturday mornings
  • Regular performance testing sessions, which use cutting edge Sports Science technology to evaluate mobility, strength, speed, and endurance
  • A place on our Athlete Education Program (AEP). This is workshop based and supports training results by educating the athletes on how to maximise their health and results using nutrition, mindset and recovery
